Das casa rossa 4A blickt auf eine lange Geschichte zurück. Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts als Bauernhaus erbaut, prägen Natursteinmauern, Holzbalken und seine schlichte Architektur den Charakter des Hauses bis heute.
casa rossa 4A looks back on a long history. Built as a farmhouse at the end of the 18th century, natural stone walls, wooden beams and its simple architecture still shape the character of the house today.
Als wir diesen Ort 2007 zum ersten Mal sahen, war es nicht das Gebäude allein, das uns berührte. Es war die besondere Stimmung, die Weite der Landschaft und das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein.
When we first saw this place in 2007, it was not the building alone that moved us. It was the special atmosphere, the vastness of the landscape and the feeling of having arrived.
Mit viel Respekt vor seiner Geschichte haben wir das Haus behutsam erneuert. Altes durfte bleiben, Neues wurde bewusst ergänzt. So entstand Schritt für Schritt ein Ort, an dem Vergangenheit und Gegenwart ganz selbstverständlich miteinander leben.
With great respect for its history, we gently renewed the house. The old was allowed to stay, the new was deliberately added. Step by step, a place emerged where past and present live together as a matter of course.

Heute umfasst das casa rossa 4A drei individuelle Unterkünfte, einen Infinity-Pool und eine finnische Sauna – vor allem aber Raum für Ruhe, Begegnung und das gute Gefühl, genau am richtigen Ort zu sein.
Today, casa rossa 4A comprises three individual units, an infinity pool and a Finnish sauna – but above all, space for calm, encounter and the good feeling of being in exactly the right place.

Seit 2016 leben wir mit unserer Familie im casa rossa 4A. Dieses Haus ist unser Zuhause – ein Ort, den wir mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Respekt vor seiner Geschichte gestaltet haben und den wir gerne mit unseren Gästen teilen.
Since 2016 we have lived here with our family. This house is our home – a place we have shaped with much love, care and respect for its history, and which we love to share with our guests.
Hier begegnet man sich ganz selbstverständlich. Beim ersten Espresso am Morgen, bei einem Glas Verdicchio in der Abendsonne oder zufällig auf dem Weg zum Pool.
Here, people meet quite naturally. Over the first espresso in the morning, a glass of Verdicchio in the evening sun, or by chance on the way to the pool.
Wir sind da, wenn Du einen Tipp für eine kleine Trattoria suchst, den schönsten Strand entdecken möchtest oder wissen willst, wo der Sonnenuntergang am eindrucksvollsten ist.
We are there when you are looking for a small trattoria, want to discover the most beautiful beach, or wish to know where the sunset is most impressive.

Das casa rossa 4A ist unser Zuhause. Deshalb war für uns von Anfang an klar, sorgsam mit den Ressourcen umzugehen, die uns dieser besondere Ort schenkt. Viele Entscheidungen bleiben im Hintergrund. Und doch tragen sie jeden Tag dazu bei, Ressourcen zu schonen und im Einklang mit der Natur zu leben.
casa rossa 4A is our home. That is why, from the very beginning, it was clear to us to treat the resources this special place gives us with care. Many decisions stay in the background. And yet, every day, they help to save resources and live in harmony with nature.
